The first visit was mostly the same as that offered by other vendors, although finding entry sites the others missed. But the real excellence came when I texted them with clear evidence of rats still in my house. They responded within one day for each call, so important when dealing with rats because they won't wait two weeks to wreak havoc on your property. They were able to trap the offending rat and reviewed other sites we discovered that might provide a roadway for them to find food. Also theyna re one of the few vendrs tha will work in a condo complex. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Not only did he go into the attic, he also got into the crawl space under the house. He took lots of pictures to show my parents, the homeowners. He was especially helpful to my elderly parents such as assisting with removal of closet items so he could access the attic AND he helped return the items to the closet when he was done. NO other company did that or offered to do that for them. He spoke kindly and informatively to my mother so she could understand the situation. This company was the only company to include insulation replacement in their initial quote. For others, that was additional cost to an already expensive job. This company does exactly what they say they will do. My parents are very pleased with their work.
